I needed two cabs to meet 5 people at the train station and take us to Alice Keck Park Memorial Gardens\r
Corner of Santa Barbara and Arrellaga Streets for a wedding.\r
One cab showed up. The driver said we could all squeeze in, including the two 85 year olds. He didn't know where the wedding was so he had us take our stuff out of the trunk and find another taxi.\r
I had called Habib 3 days before and given him every detail of what we needed. Then I called one day before and then again from the train.\r
We almost missed the wedding. A little care is all it would have taken. They really let us down\r

Cons: showed up with vehicle that was too small. Would not bother to find out where Alice Keck Memorial Garden was. Told us to find another cab.
