I've been to several Honda dealerships around Charlotte and have had some pretty bad experiences... They tell me that I need work done, that doesn't need to be done, I've even had one of them not change my oil when they said they did. Honda of Concord is not very close to where I live but well worth the drive for excellent costumer service and honest servicing. This week I purchased a new Honda, my 4th. Jim Doyle helped me through every step and was extremely accommodating. Brian in Finance went above and beyond helping me with my paperwork and finding payment plans that work best for me. Honda of Concord will continue to be the only Honda dealership in Charlotte that I will be visiting.
