The Instructor, Eric, is very charismatic and is a great teacher for people of all ages, sizes, and genders. He creates a welcoming team atmosphere and has led most of his competing students to metals in competitions, including me (and I had never done sports in my life before Jiu Jitsu). Jiu Jitsu is a very fun sport, very practical self-defense, and I recommend this class for everyone, especially women! \r

I remember when Team Viper BJJ won loads of trophies during one international competition, including a huge 8-foot Trophy for most submissions. We had was soo much fun that day.
Pros: Friendly people, great teaching, great sport
