My girlfriend and I dined at tiburon when it first opend in jan and had a very pleasant experince. the service was great and the food was good. the drinks were the best i had in town. we returned recently and we pleasantly surprised to find that the food and drink were superb as was in jan, but the food was greatly improved. we had the lobster taco's which are new to menu, and they may be the best taco in town. we had a great time over all.
Pros: Great drinks, cool fish tank
Cons: not alot of parking
