Review content:
We ordered our roman shades through Janovic and we will never use them again. Our sales rep only works three days a week and they are not very knowledgable at all on their products. A month after they've been installed, the blinds are not straight so still waiting for the second time to come and fix them and they are expensive. Once we placed our order and gave the money, they are very diffcult to deal with. On the installation date, they were late for three hours and when I called customer service they couldn't get a hold of them.
