Tortola is an amazing salon. The ambience is very welcoming and the staff are very personable and professional. I have personally been coming to see Joey at Tortola since 2005. After living in the city for more than 9 years, I have finally found a reliable, consistent, high quality men's stylist. So much so, I've been dedicated to him ever since. Unlike other shops, Joey specifically tailors each cut, provides recommendations on hair trends, and is honest if the style you choose is not for you (thank god, as he has saved me from embarassment many times). The salon comes highly recommended, as well as Joey!
