My family has given this business a lot of trade. No matter how many times you visit him, it is always like he has never seen you before. His prices are very high but that is probably due to real estate (at least, in part). I suggest you get a price before you settle with him, get a receipt, don't lose it, and don't be female with a sense of humor. There is no ""comrade"" in Yakub.
