I was at work, the heel on my shoe was making a clanking noise, the wood piece was exposed and i needed something done quick. i found yakub on google and walked over to his store it took only 10 minutes for him to fix my shoe and i got a new heel. the cost was pretty reasonable $14 which is the same price anywhere else but what i like was he did the job on the spot and didnt charge me extra for that.
