Okay, the office staff wasn't great but the previous two reviewers probably need to be seeing a psychiatrist rather than an allergist. This doctor has several different offices. It says the hours on each business card for each location. Call during that time, it isn't so hard.\r

I didn't have much direct dealing with Dr. Ast, instead I worked with his Physician's Assistant, Herb Chin. Herb was amazing. He called with results when they were pressing. Squeezed me in when necessary. Made great referrals and got to the bottom of problems I have been having for years that are partially unrelated to his area of specialty. I cannot express enough gratitude for his thoroughness and helpfulness.
