Review content:
Having eliminated my middle age spread I am a true convert. The studio is clean and efficient, the instructors well versed and knowledgeable and everyone is very friendly. Once I am there, I enjoy my workouts but most of all I have enjoyed the results. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone, beginner or advanced.
Pros: Great instructors who understand bodies, good management, clean facilites
Cons: Expensive since these are private or semiprivate lessons
