My midsection had been weak following surgery last year, but thanks to the lovely instructors at the Center Studio, I'm seeing results! I have worked with 4 different trainers, each of them fabulous. They prepared for our session by reading my file and are very aware of injuries/limitations. A friend and I often do semi-private sessions, and the instructors always manage to give us both plenty of personal attention. The studio itself is spotless, orderly and calm, and the staff is very friendly. The online booking tool is great for busy people. I'm hooked!
Pros: Skilled instructors, online booking, convenient location
Cons: wish there were more appointments available!
