I would tell you to STAY AWAY! This place is over priced, and the staff is inexperienced, rude, and clueless on how to treat a customer. I was there for a cut. Just booking the appt was a hassel, and when I got there, I was treated w/coldness. Not the kind of expectation I had for a spa. I guess I should have read more reviews before going. So that's whay I'm writing one too. Not only were they cold, but the stylist I had seemed to be right out of school!! She was nice enough (as compared to the awful receptionists), but she was very unsure of herself, and didn't listen to me. And during my cut, the mgr came over to her, and took her away for a while. DURING my cut!! Unbelievably, bad-mannered. And when she came back she looked so sad, and no apologies from the mgr or supervisor or whatever she was. Save your $$ and time, and DON'T GO THERE!
