ESP is an hour away from my house. Not the most convenient place. But bunch of guys in my car club told me it was worth the drive. Guess what! It absolutely was.
My suspension needed overhaul, so I bought a brand new setup and shot Dave an e-mail. I got an answer back the next morning with the quote.
I arranged the date, dropped off the car, Dave drove me to the train station. Quick, easy, no problems.
When they were working on my car, they found bunch of additional issues. I knew there will be additional problems, since Boston beats suspensions. Dave gave me all the details and options. I felt he treated me like he was spending his own money. Entire time car was being worked on he kept on updating me.
Couple of days later I took the train back and Dave picked me up again. Really nice of him to save me the expense of the cab!
He actually kept every old part, just in case I wanted to keep them.
Bottom line: car rides 10X better than the day it was new. And I am sure Dave charged me for much less labor than his perfectionist guys actually spent on my car.
