So I have been to this place a bunch of times. I went last Wednesday and had an absolute amazing time, great desk service and great waitress service.
Unfortunately today I went with a larger party of friends and the service could not have been worse. Although the nice lady who I delt with on Wednesday was there to greet us, she was leaving as the ""change of shifts"" was happening. Clearly this was the I dont give a heck team. I was told NUMEROUS times by the wait staff that we would be tended to, but it took OVER and hour to even get drinks.
But the real icing on the cake was the waitress loosing my debit card!!!! Not to mention she forgot portions of our order all night, although tried to make up for it by giving us a few free shots ( the cheap tube kind).
And when all was said and done accused my friend of being at the establishment a week ago when she lives in Woburn MASS and also said that I was there a week ago. I was there on Wednesday and this waitress works ONLY sunday and monday.
So all in all my debit card is gone, she could not remember a damn thing and she made it seem like she was waiting on a packed bowling ally.
SHE WAS NOT! She just couldnt focus and be organized, and to be honest I dont think she was very sober.
I will go back but NEVER EVER on a day that this waitress is working.
P.S. The Guy working the desk as we where having a dispute and the waitress was yelling at my friend, just stood there like he did not know what to do.
Which clearly he didnt and in the end I had to use another card thankfully that had enough money to cover the balance of the tab after I paid some in cash.......
