Review content:
River ranch town homes are the pits! People who want a nice place to live: be advised that this is not the place! There are nice apartments in town, just not here! Do not be fooled but the well-kept grounds and gates, there is nothing nice about this place. Roaches and rats are lurking around each corner. Dirty & rude neighbors are in every building. We have had our apartment sprayed over four times in 5 weeks and yet the roaches return. Against the advice of the exterminator himself, River Ranch management refuses to tent their buildings, vowing that topical spray will eventually kill the pests…. If it doesn’t kill its tenants first!
