Review content:
I went to get my brakes inspected and was charged $95 for them to diagnose (tell me what was wrong) and $95 for them to fix the problem. How can you fix something if you don't diagnose it? Why am I paying you extra to figure out what is wrong with it...traditionally that is a part of the service! One employee attempted to explain this unethical business practice to me and then another came around the corner to add fuel to the fire, specifically stating that we don't do work for free. How rude! \r
\r
In addition to this, they requested that I pay for my part (to be ordered) and diagnostic service in full and in advance. My part was to be ordered and arrive on by Friday. They did not call me when my part came in. I had to follow up and see if it was okay to bring in my car.\r

Unless they give preferential treatment to certain customers, the shuttle service is only one way. They will drop you off within a certain range of the shop, but they will NOT come back and pick you up to get your car. ***I must add that the shuttle driver, Kelvin, was very professional on both days that i interacted with him.\r
\r
Finally when I found a ride to go back and pick up my car, no one greeted me when I entered the lobby, the manager looked dead in my face and walked to the back. He did not acknowledge me at all. Someone then appeared, printed out my receipt, and handed me my key. I asked the guy where my car was, and he told me that it was ""up the hill behind the shop"" WTH? Now... we all know that once your car is serviced, it is to be pulled around to the front. He then looked at me and asked if I wanted him to go get it. He went to get it and I had to make him show me what work was done and that my brake lights were working properly. Awful service and very unprofessional! Beware...they don't seem to care either. They appeared very cocky and rude once I asked them to explain the double charge.
Pros: Convenient Midtown Location
Cons: Unethical Pricing and Poor Customer Service to ""Some""
