I have been living here for 8 months now and I would have to say the only reason I haven't left this place yet is because of the price. You definitely get what you pay for here.
This place used to be hotels that were converted into studio apartments. Since I have been here there have been quite a few issues with the water pipes flooding, beware of the roaches so get your place sprayed if you move in here.
There is a small parking area in the back but there aren't enough spaces for everyone so be prepared to park on the street or even down the street depending on what time you come home each day.
Don't expect too much help from Magaly Vega the manager. She is always too 'busy' to help you so good luck communicating with her. She is easily frustrated and is only nice to you when you are a prospective tenant. Once you move in she become too busy to talk to you.
I wanted to keep it real here. Rental websites will paint a pretty picture to get you to move in, I wanted you to know what goes on here once you have already signed to papers. What they won't tell you, but you find out afterwards.
So good luck! If you move in here you can have a better idea of what to expect from my personal experience. But hopefully you won't have many problems and the price won't be the only reason for you to stay here like me.
