Review content:
The menu does not say 'no substitutions', all steaks come with potatoes and ratatouille. I asked for a corn on the cob instead of the ratatouille for my 9 yr old daughter who ordered an adult NY Strip meal. I asked for mushrooms instead of ratatouille with my fillet. The cook said he could not do that b/c the owner was in! I asked to speak to the owner who said the cost differential on the corn would not allow him to make that substitution but I could get the mushrooms. He would allow my daughter to get onion rings instead of ratatouille. I was told that 'medium' was still bloody so I ordered the NY Strip medium well and the fillet medium. 45 minutes later out comes dinner. My fillet has no potatoes and is well done, no pink inside at all. My daughter's plate has no onion rings but ratatouille which has run all over the other food and her steak is bloody and raw in the middle! Already 9:30pm, we could not wait for any more meals to be cooked, the OWNER apologized but would not comp or discount the meal. We will be headed back to OUTBACK!
