We have used Ceramic Technics over four years for three projects and found their salespeople very well informed and very helpful.
The selection of tile is better than anywhere else I've been in the Atlanta area and I used to like visiting tile stores for fun before I settled on this one. We've ordered both Italian ($6.50/sq ft, 12 weeks to delivery) and local ($2.65/sq ft, 1 week to delivery) and been happy with both. There was an error in one order, mostly because I work during their week-only hours and was trying to order an odd tile I'd seen in the store over the phone, but they rectified it at no cost to me and to my satisfaction.
You may choose not to buy from them, I have once and regretted it, but it is absolutely worth a visit. It changed my understanding of what was available in the world of tile.
