I doubt I will ever return. When I first called the office staff was less than professional and sounded as if I were being a bother. When I actually came to pick up my order I recieved more of the same. This office staff is nothing more than a couple of females that seemed to be looking for more than a tip from me. I understand this is a factory but it could still exhibit class and professionalism from the office. In all fairness the gentleman who helped with the windows was polite and professional, although he walked with a limp he never complained, so I guess they have something good there. As for the windows they were in less than perfect condition but I kept them anyway. I doubt I will return.
