With one of the most important events in my soon to be daughter in-laws life, we found just recently that this place can not be trusted. We asked to order a specific size and unfortunately we were sent a smaller size. This did not just happen to one person in our party,but also a junior bridesmaid. Not knowing at the time that the dress that we asked for did not come in the size that we needed. We would have liked to have known all the information before we made an investment into something that would not fit!
After buying the bridal gown, five bridesmaid dresses and three flower girl dresses at this store, we were hoping for all items to fit. After bringing my concerns to the staff to allow them to handle our concern at this time, a staff member decided to tell us that we were liars and that there was nothing they could do to resolve their mistake. They would not help us in resolving the issue at hand, so we are stuck with dresses that do not fit and now we have more headaches and expense involved to have our dresses altered to fit because they were ordered in the wrong size.
My suggestion to woman who may be considering this store for all your wedding needs is not to shop at this store. If you dare shop here and find your dress at this store that is the ""one"" make sure you have all information in writing and check it twice!
My daughter is getting married next april and I will take
my own advice. We will not be shopping at Alan Evans Bridal in Moorhead, Minn.!!!!!!
