Since 2008 when I purchased my Liberty at NW Jeep I have nothing but wonderful service. Lalena Canja is far superior than most service representatives I've dealt with. She is trustworthy, friendly, and has the knowledge that is far beyond anything I expected. The service technicians are first rate and work collabatively with each other.
My last visit was an oil change and within 30 MINUTES I was leaving. I expected to be there for at least 1 hr. Keep up the great work.
