I've been to this Buffalo Wild Wings numerous times, and can count on one hand how many times they've gotten my order right (I'm not even picky...they just give me completely different things than what i ordered from the menu!) One time they completly skipped over my order and all my friends sat there and ate while i tried to flag someone down to see what happened. If you get takeout, they usually just throw whatever's around in the bag...you'll get back and find that you didn't get half the stuff you ordered but now have a few extra orders of potato wedges. The staff at the counter is usually preoccupied and/or on their cell phones. The management is cordial and some of the waiters are great...but i think the kitchen needs to get itself together.
Pros: Some of the staff is great
Cons: they rarely get my order correct
