Buyer beware! The guy who tried to fix my computer did not know what he was doing. He said I had a bad video card in my laptop, my video card was fine as it turns out and the backlight was the issue. Instead of properly fixing my computer they tried to sell me a new one, an HP that was pretty nice however when I did a little research they were selling it for $200 more than what Staples was selling right down the road! My guess is they do this a lot, buy laptops on sale from local retailers and than sell them at the MSRP...raking in money and ripping off the customer!
