was in the area and found a place to get my nails done.\r
never greeted when I walked in..owner is especially rude..she looked at me in a hateful manner and spoke in a very loud and obnoxious voice in a foreign language yelling across the store to her employees with no respect to the customers there who are looking for a relaxing experience for a manicure/pedicure. The older lady I found there Cathy was competent so I kept going back to her and ignoring the fact that the service is poor and the owner is rude and never greeted me.\r
But after my last visit when Cathy put a new set of gel for me within a week 5 nails broke!!! never happened before so I called made an appt and when I came in again no greeting when i entered then Cathy pointed to me to sit at her chair when she was ready and she started by saying I have to find somebody else to do my nails I was SHOCKED!!! She ruined my nails by filing them with the device so thin that they became so weak and that's why they broke..but she seemed upset and made me realize they don't care about customers I will NEVER go back there again...
