We didn't stay quite long enough at J. Paul's American Bar & Grill to actually see any lights go on at the Inner Harbor(but hey, that's a great idea for our return)as we were only there for lunch and some cocktails before a game at Camden Yards.
Truth be told, we spied the J. Paul's Terrace Bar opening up and figured this was a great place to view the harbor, people watch, eat, drink, and enjoy ourselves being fanned by breezes and out of the sun.
The food was tasty, the cocktails wonderful, and the vantage point for taking in the sights of The Inner Harbor was superb. We'll definately return here for more of the same.
