I hear that Havana opened in Walnut Creek over 2 years ago, so I can't believe that it took this long for me to try it out. I took my girlfriend and her parents last Friday night. We started the evening out with several of their mojitos. They're the best that I've tasted (even in SF!). Our server suggested scallops, crab cakes & pork skewers for appetizers. All a hit with our table. Main courses were equally impressive. Up until recently, Walnut Creek has been filled with the same tired restaurants and bars. I'm glad that places like Havana are around to offer a new, fun change of pace.
