Businiess name:  United Cab

Review content:
I am a rather fair minded person, and never write reviews - but my last few experiences with United Cab have been so horrible that I felt I should 'speak up.' Every weekend, when I go out to bars (from channelside to ybor) I take a cab. It's $3 bucks per person. My last experience involved being over charged and not dropped off where asked. I'm not a cheap person, I tip well above the 'going rate' however, when someone overcharges me for a service or product, I can't help but feel irritated. On another occasion I did not have cash - the driver said that he doesn't have a credit card machine. I'm not naive, every driver should have a cc machine on him at all times. My friend traveling with me decided to have the cab drive to an ATM and pulled out cash for the driver. I was infuriated! This is absolutely dangerous! I later called United Cab and asked them if their drivers accept credit cards and if there is a machine in every cab - United Cab let me know that they accept credit cards in EVERY cab... just as I had thought. As I read through the reviews, I see that many people have had similar experiences with this cab company. I will do my best to choose a better cab company in the future!
