Review content:
I wanted to use this particular funeral home to get a qoute to plan my funeral. Being as this was for school, I did call to make an appt so that I would not be disturbing any other customers. When I arrived for my appt and described what I needed, the director informed me that "" I am not in the business of giving out quotes."" Federal trade commissions act says that he has to give me a quote. We had a heated conversation and as I walked out he said ""Kiss my A**.""\r
Before this, as I pulled up to the home, it was messy outside and as I walked inside, it was dark gloomy and not what a funeral home should be. There was no place to sit, no pictures on the wall, no boxes of kleenex, and not lit well. The receptionist was wearing t-shirt and jeans. He was not a pleasant man to deal with and was hugely unprofessional. I would not go to this funeral home at all. The next day, I called Cotton's funeral home in New Bern and they welcomed me right in. It took 10 mins of their time and they were glad to help aid in the learning process of death and grief.
