This business should be AVOIDED! Worked with Inez. Horrible! She promised my wedding gown would be completed in two weeks (I brought in in two months before my wedding for two very small changes: add a bussel and shorten the straps). Several times she did not show up to our scheduled ""fittings"" (which were unnecessary...but she wanted to be sure I didn't ""gain weight"" before my wedding day). I am comfortable with my body and was not concerned about gaining weight...but each time she saw me she was very concerned about this. Very long story short....she did not touch my dress until the week of my wedding!!!! She had TWO MONTHS, but didn't even begin until my wedding planner went in and pressured her to complete it. Even still, thread was hanging down ... very poor workmanship. Very rude/insulting employees, very overpriced, items were not completed on time (but rather almost two months late), and she was not apologetic at all....simply continued to be rude. Also for two small changes (bussel added and straps shorted less than an inch) I was charged $160.00!!!!!! I asked why the price was so high and she said: ""Because I don't like dealing with you brides."" (and then laughed, while I stood there shocked) I asked what the typical prices would be and she said (I AM NOT KIDDING): ""whatever I want it to be."" I was so stunned, I didn't even know what to say. I am typically a very quiet person...but I left there so upset and angry, I felt compelled to let others know how horrible it was! DON'T USE LOUIS CUSTOM TAILOR!!!!!!
