Review content:
contracted with John last may 2010 to build our luxury custom home, was suppised to be completed in january 2011, not finished until june, moved in with long list of punch items even after multiple requests. sadly, he charged us 'extra' for so many things that should have been included in ""luxury"". $19,000 extra costs for flooring- he mis calculated footage therefore only allotted $2.24 SQ FT for all tile, wood and carpeting including installation, yet, tile install ONLY was $4 SQ FT . not sure how that would work. used crappy contractors, electrical wires are taped together, oven breakers are taped to avoid tripping, large holes in drywall, beautiful large metal box for disposal switch under the sink!, lovely 3 inches of water on the patio because they pitched it TOWARDs the house instead of away. 'forgot' to put duct work into the plans so we had to give up closet space...how do you forget duct work? .. find someone ethical and competent, John is not.
