?I ordered 47 TONS of stone from this company. They delivered the wrong stone, and because I am a home owner, not a business, I got a run around like I have never seen before. The sales person even tried to convince me that I could still use the wrong product, and that it will work. I told him that was unacceptable and I wanted the right stone delivered and the wrong stone removed. They sent over a half order of the correct stone, at my expense, and when I called the sales manager back to see about making arrangements to have the wrong stone picked up he asked me if I could just bury it. Bury it??? I told him that was not possible. He then went on to tell me it would cost me $200.00 to have it picked up. When I questioned him as to why I was to pay for the pick up of the material when it was their mistake, HE HUNG UP ON ME??? I can not remember ever interacting with a company that was less professional, or less attentive to the customer. Do yourselves a favor and just order from an other company!!! Pros: NONE, ZIP, ZERO Cons: Delivered 47 TONS of the wrong material!!!!
