I have had such a horrible upsetting experience with Dave Page himself, that i am feeling compelled to sign up for City Search and write a review. Do not go to this cobbler. He is an old bitter angry man and he has no respect for his customer. \r
I brought in a pair of $150 shoes that had plastic jewels at the front. One of hte jewels had come loose and i asked if they could super glue it back on. They said they could...a simple job, but it would take a week. However the super glue burned through the plastic jewel and ruined it. It looks ridiculous now. I explained to Dave Page that i was really disappointed, as the shoes had cost me so much money. I also explained that i understood it was a simple mistake and they weren't to know that it would burn through the plastic, but i was visibly upset. These are my favorite shoes. Then he said to me 'do me a favor, never come back here, i never want to see you again'. I was stunned. Needless to say i won't be going back.
