I'm not happy with this salon at all!!! I always had a hard time getting in to tan, they are VERY pushy about selling their lotions and twice had issues with them not refunding/crediting my credit card. I've never had issues with my credit card at ANY tanning salon before and I've been to several tanning salons over the years. The first time I wanted to down grade my tanning membership from the $89 diamond package and the girl DID NOT tell me that I'd lose the tanning credits I paid for and that's even AFTER I ASKED HER!! My card was charged for the diamond package on the first of the month and I went in the salon to downgrade my package on the 5th. I was told that because I was charged the $89 for the month that I'd have credit for what I paid for till the first of the next month (I EVEN ASKED). The month was paid up.. I should get what I paid for right? NO! I lost it and was put on the lower plan that I changed to even though I was told that it wouldn't take effect till the NEXT BILLING CYCLE (I even asked)! I requested a credit for the difference because I didn't get what I was charged for and was told no! I requested to talk to a manager and was told she wasn't in. I asked when she'd be in and was told, ""I don't know"" and that they would leave her a message to call me. NO CALL! Nothing was done about it! I was just out of my money and sorry about your luck!! The other problem I had with this salon was that I moved 8 hours away. I called on the phone and was told I couldn't cancel the auto pay over the phone so I asked if I could freeze the account. I was told that I could send a fax for that and there would be a $7 monthly fee until I could go in person to cancel. If I can ""freeze"" my membership through a fax then why can't I ""cancel"" through a fax. I followed the rules and sent a fax request to freeze my membership. It took 4 or 5 faxes to get the girl (who said she was the assistant manager) to agree that she finally got the fax. She said her fax machine was broke! This was BEFORE the 1st of the month when they charge my card. I was told it would ONLY be charged the $7 fee. Guess what! I checked my bank statement and of course I was billed the $62 membership fee instead of the $7 freeze fee. I called back and the same girl happen to answer the phone and said she remembered me. I explained that she said I'd only be charged the $7 fee on the first and all she said was, ""oh, I'm sorry! It will for sure go into effect next month"". I explained that she told me it would go into effect THIS month and she refused to give me my money back!! I will NEVER give this salon my credit card number! I'll never use this salon again! I'll never recommend this salon to a friend!!
