Review content:
This moving company started out really well, the woman that estimated our move was helpful and the price was fairly good compared to others. The movers who came for our stuff did a good job and were pretty nice. When we arrived at our destination, however, things changed. They wanted to deliver our stuff earlier than we could receive it (we had given them a date for the earliest we could get our stuff at their request) and then when I called two days later to let them know we were ready, they said they didn't know when they could get us our stuff and I should have let it come earlier. That was fine, we could wait a few days. This was a Friday and he said likely Monday to Wednesday. Called and left numerous messages and emailed about when the delivery would be and got no answers. Finally I called them and Eli told us it would be Friday and the driver would call Thursday (they said this to my husband). I called on Thursday and they said the driver had left that morning, then another employee told me the driver was sick and hadn't been able to leave, Joe then told me that the driver had to go to the dentist and then would leave? They also insisted that they did not tell my husband Friday for the delivery date (""Well I don't know what your husband's been saying""). And then Eli said and I quote, after we had been unable to move into our house for two weeks because we had nothing to put in it, ""You've waited this long, you can wait 5 more days"" During this time, anytime I called, they asked who it was and avoided me. Both of us were put on hold, told the dispatcher wasn't there, put on hold some more, hung up on 'by accident', and generally run around before they would let me talk to someone.\r
Finally, a week later, our things arrived. The guys they hired from craigslist were cool but the driver was rude. They had smashed the legs off of one of our desks and put tape on our dressers that stripped off the finish and the driver's response to our pointing it out was ""Oh you can fix that"". This was an awful experience and they can threaten me if they want but people need to know before they make a mistake. I wish I had.
