when i originally started the process of moving i put my info in this website and all of a sudden i was overwhelmed with moving companies. i went thru the quotes with several of them. i chose this company because the girl i was dealing with i felt took my hand and held it thru the whole stressful event even after i gave her the deposit she still answered my phone calls and emails. she was very upfront with me even about the mattress covers i would need for my beds and we went thru my inventory list a few times and she was very patient because i wasnt sure if i was going to take certain items or not. she asked me questions while i was going over my list with her so i wouldnt forget things small things she said will ad up so lets try to get everything. then the movers got there and they were very polite and did a real good job. i believe his name was AL.when it was time to get my stuff i called leslie the girl that did my quote and she wasnt there so i left a message and i was suprised that i got a call back as soon as she got in. i heard several horror stories about moving companies not callin people back. when she called me back she directed me to jessica in the dispatch dept. and she told me that my stuff should be there in about 5-6 more days it got here in 6. i cant complain. when the guys unloaded my belongings i was so happy because they took realy good care of my stuff. over all i would say use these people because they realy do a good job. i moved from MO to NY.
