I tried pilates plus for the first time and was instantly addicted! I have gone to the gym here and there but never found something that got me so excited to work out. This is a full body work out and it is HARD. I was sore the next day and loved it...I noticed a difference in the way my body looked after only a few sessions. My favorite instructor is Jamie, she will give you an amazing workout and also plays great music. I have never looked or felt better and my friends have started coming with me because of my results. Just go try one class and see for yourself!!
Pros: Best Workout, Location, Instructors (Jamie is my favorite), Music, FAST RESULTS!
Cons: Can't really think of anything I don't like...
