My daughter rented from this company and was totally scammed when she moved out. She gave 30 days notice two weeks before the end of the month and was told she was responsible for the whole following month - that it was ""calendar month"" - not actually 30 days. So she was paying for two weeks beyond her 30 days. Not only were they rude, but they claimed she hadn't cleaned the fridge, behind the stove, and this is something I did myself, so I know it was done and it was SPOTLESS. Of course, they charged her for it. I warned her to take pictures of the property when she moved out but she didn't and had no proof. I had heard when I moved to St. George 10 years ago that they operated this way and avoided them. NEVER would recommend them to anyone.
