I cannot say much because at this point, because of certain issues still lingering. But, I would seriously reconsider using this company for your rental needs!
I worry that so many raving reviews appeared around the same time. Just beware that things are not as peachy as they seem. Do your homework, contact the BBB and if it doesn't seem right, don't sign with them! You will be sorry and probably out of a whole lot of money. Also, if you notice most of the ""Raving reviews"" don't have anything else reviewed on City Search, just Rathbun. (Although the same can be said for me!)
Just be careful. That is my only advice.
