My husband and I were managing our rental ourselves and realized it was much more work than we anticipated. I called Rathbun Realty had an appt, we liked their program so we signed up. Not only do they take care of the management portion but they did all the repairs and cleaning that was needed in record time. Are house looks great. We could not be happier. Grateful!\r
