This company simply doesn't bother to respond to phone calls or emails from their homeowners. They are consistently late with their payments of rent to the homeowners, and they make errors in bookeeping such as charging twice for repairs. And when they make mistakes you can count on having to call multiple times before it is corrected. I received a complaint about my rental property from a neighbor, and it took me a MONTH of phone calls before Rathbun did anything about it. I couldn't wait to cancel this contract. Now that I have, I've been waiting nearly two months to be paid the final month of rent and my deposit for repairs that I am owed. They are at best incompetent, at worst negligent. I simply cannot believe that a company this inefficient and unresponsive could last this long in Tucson. I would not recomment them to anyone, renter or homeowner. For the amount of time that you will spend running after them, you may as well have done it yourself. Terrible company.
