Review content:
In the last 6 months I've only received my rent check on time ONE time. I received NO deposit to my account in November and NONE in March, and since October every rent check has been paid to me by Rathbun OVER a mont late even though they say the tenant is paying on time. They REFUSE to respond to emails and they charged me $370.70 for something and won't tell me what it was for. The tenant killed a tree and a shrub and I was forced to pay $324 to have them removed. The tenant has broken doors & locks & Rathbun wants me to pay to repair them. When Rathbun repairs something they add an additional fee that goes directly to their bank account. When they take too long to do something they complain that they're too busy. How awful that they have to much business and are making too much money but won't hire adequate staff to complete the work in a timely manner. Only hire them if you want to throw your hard earned money into their bank accounts and you don't want your phone calls or emails returned.
