Review content:
Ordered a large funeral arrangement to be delivered to a funeral home along with a card from my family. I could not attend the calling hours but several of my family members did. No one saw the flowers I ordered although one arrangement had no card with it. When I called the florist they denied not sending a card and said someone would call me back. I never received a call and called again the next day only to be treated rudely by the staff. All I wanted was a card to be sent to the family showing that my family did send a beautiful arrangement to show we were thinking of them at a difficult time. Buyer beware: just because you pay 180$ for a flower arrangement doesn't mean you will get what you paid for.
