They nickeled and dimed me for every single small thing possible, and what was worse is that they even charged me for a whole bunch of treatments my cat never even received. I had to go through the itemized bills with them many times to remove a lot of false charges. They even charged for using kleenex.
Go to Canby Vet Clinic in Tualatin instead for after hours emergency care - they're open from 6pm to 8am weekdays and 24 hours during the weekend. They're much more honest and kinder folks there.
Dove Lewis has very poor customer service, and the vet was not good either. After charging me to high heavens, they just euthanized my pet in the end and refused to negotiate charges that i felt were not justified, especially given that my cat died in the end.
Too expensive.
