Review content:
When I first moved here my bird became very ill one Friday night; listless, unresponsive, unable to hold her head up... I found Dove Lewis on SE Washington through information and took Emo in that night. Even though they were busy we were seen pretty quickly, they took good care of Emo and I was able to take her home that night. As I said I had just moved here and had spent a lot of money on the move and looking for an apartment, etc. They were flexible with me on they payment and let me take care of it the following week after my first paycheck at my new job. Seven years later, my 17 year old dog had a stroke, (one of several that slowly took his senses and abilities away), I took him in to Dove Lewis the night that he suddenly could not move or hold his bowels. I knew that it was probably his time and I was very emotional. The entire staff was genuinely concerned and compassionate. They treated my dog and me with the utmost repect and gave my companion the dignity he deserved. I have nothing but good things to say about Dove Lewis.
