I called Dove Lewis because my dog ate some chocolate. The man I talked to on the phone was extremely professional and calm (even though I was a bit crazy). He consulted the vets and told me that my dog would be just fine (based on his weight, he hadn't eaten enough to get sick). They told me what to watch for and to bring him in if he seemed sick at all. I was really thankful that I got such personalized treatment and saved myself a bundle of money.
