It was Christmas night a Saturday, and my dog, my Baby girl Leelu was not well, she had been unwell for a long time and it was the very end...I couldn't ask her to wait till Monday. She was in so much pain. I called so many places and every place that was normally open on Saturday was now closed for the holiday. I can't blame people for wanting to spend the holiday with there families..I was spending it with mine but she was in a lot of pain and ready to let go of this world. All I can say is I am still weak with pain from my loss but so grateful that I didn't listen to the poor reviews of Dove Lewis...they were so kind so understanding so patient...I was a wreck and I was not an easy person to be around let alone have to converse with but they all of them were more than understanding...I don't know if they had felt the same pain I was feeling but they empathized so well I took it for sympathy..They knew, and they made the experience as easy as possible. Dr. Cruz....you may never see this, but we will never forget you and can not tell you the relief your understanding and compassion was.f at Dove Lewis working To ALL of the staff working Christmas Night and the early hours after, Thank you from the deepest of my heart Thank you.
