I have always heard about how good this place is, but we were very disapointed. We took our dog in for a urinary tract infection. They placed the urine sample at the front desk and then forgot it and it sat there during our whole visit. Yuck! You bring your pet in and talk to the receptionist and there is an open container of urine there. They did not believe us that our dog was very freaked out about being there and would probably not walk to the back by herself. The vet tried to pull her with a leash. We protested and he suggested that we go to the waiting area. (Like it was us and she would be fine when we left) After about a minute he opend the door and asked us to help... because she would not walk by herself. So we go back in and then he says that he has a bad back and we will need to carry her to the back for him. The final straw was when we got her to the back and it was a total mess. There was stuff everywhere, the floor was dirty, it was disgusting. I thought this was a bad night and a week later wrote a letter telling a manager about our experience. We never received any kind of reply or call back.\r \r I will never subject one of our pets to this poor level of treatment again.
