Do as much research about HOMETOWN!! I have read alot of reviews about them after I have moved out, too bad, I would not have rented with them, if I have known before hand, what type of low-scum Hometown really is. \r

They will charge you for little things to fix in your rental and they will TRIPLE charge you! BELIEVE me, I could not believe myself when I got the bill.\r
