We wish we had read reviews on this company. We purchased Windows and a door in August 2006, when install came in December, All windows and door were the wrong size (their fault)- Windows finally got installed in January (door was still wrong- again) to find out one window was tinted incorrectly (they're 10 x 5 windows)- so it looks ridiculous from the exterior. Not to mention, the guys left early on the last day and left all the patchwork undone. We had to hire someone to finish so our painting contractor could come in as scheduled.\r
The Door was re-scheduled for install in Feb 2007, but came hung in the jam incorrectly- I called and e-mailed service and have gotten no response. DO NOT USE this company.
Pros: Cost- although not worth it
Cons: Service, reliability
